to the Cheyenne-Eagle Butte School Special Education webpage. We are very proud of the programs and services we provide to students in our district. Please feel free to look around on our site and if you don’t find what you are looking for please contact us.
Here is some basic information about our programs. The Cheyenne-Eagle Butte School provides special education services to approximately 200 students. We serve children from birth to age 21, who are determined to be in need of special education services. For the Birth to 5 children we partner with the Cheyenne River Infant and Toddler Program. All of our children/students are served by a wonderful team of highly qualified special education teachers, highly qualified special education teaching assistants, highly qualified speech/language therapists, school psychologists, counselors, occupational and physical therapists, school social workers, a reading specialist, and a behavior specialist.
If you have questions or concerns about your child's educational progress, please feel free to contact the area Principal or myself either by email at: Jane.Azure@bie.edu or by phone at 605-964-8722.
Thank you for your interest in special education programs at the Cheyenne-Eagle Butte School.
